Transactional Leadership, Effective Commitment, and Workplace Deviance: Does Onboarding Experience Moderate the Relationship? Evidence from Nigeria

Workplace Deviance (WD) as a global phenomenon has become pervasive among academics and thorn in the flesh of management Nigerian high institutions.
